What pumps do your pouches fit?

Our current pouches are designed to fit the Baxter SV2 and SV2.5 pump, which is used for many types of chemotherapy infusions.

If you are unsure whether this is your pump, please contact us — we’re more than happy to help you check.

Using a different pump or medical device? We can often adapt our design to create a pouch that fits your device. Just send us a message with the pump name or a photo, and we’ll guide you from there.

When will I get my order?

We aim to make and dispatch your pouch within 5–7 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

If your order is needed by a specific date, or if there are any delays, we’ll always keep you informed. You’re also very welcome to get in touch before ordering if you’d like an update on current turnaround times.

Thank you for supporting a small, independent brand

What materials do you use? Are they safe?

Absolutely. Our pouches are made from:

  • Quilted ripstop polyester — waterproof, windproof, durable
  • Oeko-Tex® 100 certified fabrics — tested to be skin-safe
  • Nylon webbing + drawstrings — strong, comfortable, long-lasting

They’re designed to be worn all day with confidence and comfort.

How do I clean my pouch?

Our pouches are designed to be easy to care for:

  • Machine wash at 30°C
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Hang to dry

The wipeable outer fabric also makes quick clean-ups simple.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Right now, we ship within the UK.We hope to expand to international shipping in future — follow us for updates.

Is Loop & Lift environmentally conscious?

Yes — sustainability is part of our mission.

Here’s what we do now:

  • Handmade in the UK to reduce shipping footprint
  • Durable fabrics designed to last, not be disposable
  • Oeko-Tex® certified materials for safer, cleaner production
  • Minimal packaging, with recyclable and reusable elements
  • Low-waste production — we cut all fabric ourselves and use scrap pieces wherever possible

As we grow, we’re committed to expanding our sustainability efforts even further.

Why are you set up as a Community Interest Company (CIC)?

Loop & Lift is not-for-profit because our goal is to support patients first.
Any profit goes back into:

  • Funding more pouches for those in need
  • Expanding the range
  • Developing In The Loop, our community storytelling and support platform

We are driven by lived experience, compassion, and impact — not profit.

Is the pouch discreet?

Yes. Loop & Lift pouches are designed to be as discreet as they are functional.

  • The slim profile sits close to the body
  • The drawstring and toggle allow tubing to be kept neatly inside
  • The adjustable strap helps position the pouch exactly where it feels (and looks) best
  • The quilted fabric adds softness without bulk

Many customers tell us people don’t even realise they’re wearing a pump.

Can I sleep in the pouch?

Yes — many people find it comfortable to sleep in their pouch.
The quilted fabric and adjustable strap help keep the pump close and stable, reducing movement when you turn over.

Do you offer discounts for charities, hospitals, or bulk orders?

We’re always happy to discuss this.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), our goal is to support as many patients as possible, so we offer reduced pricing for charities, healthcare settings, and bulk orders where we can.

Please contact us to chat through what you need

Can I gift a pouch to someone else?

Yes — many of our orders come from friends, family, or colleagues wanting to support someone during treatment.
We can include a handwritten message from you inside the parcel to make it even more personal. Just let us know when you order.
